Returns for Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to us within 14 days of purchase. For the return process, contact us at info@oggymen.com to arrange a collection by our couriers. We will assess the issue and work towards a resolution.
Return Process To initiate a return, email us at info@oggymen.com . Returns should be sent to: Unit 13G, Wharves, North Parade, Falmouth, Cornwall, TR11 2TF. Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please note, returns without prior request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Upon receiving your order, inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, contact us promptly so we can rectify the situation.
Exceptions Please note that items bought on sale or gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for items in the wrong size, subject to stock availability. In such cases, customers are responsible for covering both return and new shipping costs. Contact us at info@oggymen.com to arrange an exchange.
Refunds After we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you about the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Do remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If you haven't received the refund after 15 business days of our approval, please get in touch with us at info@oggymen.com.
